Hello Families!
I hope you all are enjoying your holiday break. We will still have our classroom Christmas party on Friday, January 4th. We will still carry out the classmate gift exchange.
I've decided to postpone the Authors' Celebration that was supposed to take place on December 21st to February. Everything that we were going to read and share was based on Christmas, and I think the time has passed! I still want to share with you the letters the students wrote and were going to read aloud. To get the students thinking of others throughout the holiday season, I asked that each student write a letter to Santa asking Santa to bring something for someone else. The students did a great job, and the letters were very sweet! Look below to find your child's letter...
Dear Santa,
Please bring Cooter my dog a lot of dog bones or cow bones. It doesn't matter. He just wants bones. I hope you get it to the right house because last year you sent it to the wrong house.
From,
Izzy
